Case Study-1: DiaReverse (May 2020)

Dr. Ghulam Jaffar, PhD (Contact No. 00923146936316) had pre-diabetes symptoms especially his fasting levels were increased while random levels were at the upper limit. Evaded Amputation of Diabetic Feet– Ahmed Sher, Kot Momin

Ahmed Sher (Contact No. 03071451461) resident of Kot Momin, is 55 years old and suffering from Diabetes since 2006. Since last few months, his diabetes was out of control (random blood glucose levels more than 550) and he got diabetic feet with severe infection to the point that bottom of his feet had become black/ Gangrene (having extremely low blood flow). Case Study-22 (July 24):

A Challenging Chronic Diabetes Case

Engineer Shahid (Contact No. 03340079008) resident of Lahore, is 54 years old and suffering from Diabetes since early 2010. He had been taking variety of medicines for the purpose. Currently he was on Sitagliptin 50/500 mg and Dapa 10 mg. His 26^th Mar 24 HbA1C Report was showing 7.1% (good control of overall diabetes). However, he was facing 3 serious problems: significant weight loss in recent months; coldness in the lower legs/ feet (early stage of Diabetic Neuropathy) and total ED.

Evading Diabetic Foot Amputation

Mr Zahoor Ahmed (Contact No. 03124372638) resident of Shorkot, is 61 years old. He is a retired Havaldar from 14 Punjab. He is Diabetic for last 20 years.
